The nicest set so far, I like number 7 as I used to love staying with my son just along from the wee corner shop in St Peter’s Place and walking along the canal. And number 2 because the colours are stunning 😍
When it is close to the horizon we are viewing it through lots and lots more of our atmosphere, so it colours the moon quite crazily sometimes. It also makes it look bigger as you have it next to objects to compare it to. I use a long lens of 500mm and often then crop the image so we can zoom in on the detail.

the canal here is/has changed a fair bit recently but still great for a walk or pedal along
Love that headlamp shot. (And the snow storm by a stone church.) love them all.
Cheers KB
They are all gorgeous. My favorite is you with your headlamp!
Thanks Cathy, then I should do more baldy heid shots
Wondrous! How do you get the moon to look like that?
