Impressive view for sure Tom. My youngest is staying in a flat above the Scotsman Hotel just now with balcony views over the top of Cockburn Street and across Princes Street. Sadly it doesn't quite see the castle but I'm determined to make something of it before he eventually moves out.

Loved that Tom, haven’t heard “ in your scud” for a long time , we were just talking yesterday ( me and other almost octogenarian Fife pals) about the loss of our local tongue with all its vivid expressions , particularly re the smell from the chip shop “ gaun roond yer hert like a hairy worm”. Those photos were brilliant, thanks for sharing 🌞
