Calendar Winners
the 2026 chosen images
These are the winners after frantic voting over on my Facebook page & which will now feature in my 2026 Calendar. You can order yours for delivery worldwide or local collection over here.
January - The crescent moon settles behind St Giles High Kirk on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile. I actually prefer the shape of the crescent moon to the full-fat version.
February - Snowdrops at sunset in the kirkyard at Currie Kirk.
March - the full-fat moon in March rising behind the Granton Gasholder. Last year a new park was opened here after a 17 million refurbishment of this industrial structure.
April - cherry blossom on the Meadows in sunset light with Salisbury Crags behind.
May - the view of the city from the Meadows on the west side of Arthur’s Seat with Salisbury Crags in profile.
June - beautifully backlit poppies and daisies with Liberton Tower and Edinburgh Castle in the distance.
July - The full (Buck) moon rising behind the Coats Memorial in Paisley - I’m back in Paisley today as it happens.
August - Sunrise behind Dunsapie crag and loch, on the east side of Arthur’s Seat.
September - a moonlit sky over The Shore in Leith. The white George Brown & Sons building on the right is gonna be a fantastic new space later this year - check out Edinburgh Minute.
October - moonlit sky over Calton Hill at the Samhuinn Fire Festival.
November - carpet of leaves in Harrison Park with Polwarth Kirk in the background.
December - the classic viw from Calton Hill of Edinburgh city centre, the castle and the Christmas shenanigans.
You can order your 2026 Calendar for delivery worldwide or local collection in EH11 over here.
